Shipping & Returns
- All orders have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
- At this time we offer US shipping only.
- Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.
- Orders leave our location in South Jordan, Utah within 1-3 business days. Packages typically arrive within 3-10 business days from time of purchase.
- We use USPS for shipping at this time. We reserve the right to use any carrier of our choice.

- We accept returns or exchanges on all items (except those marked “final sale”) within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please be respectful of this policy.
- Items found to be damaged upon receipt must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or returns will not be accepted.
- Please note in your return packaging your name, order number and reason for return.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit, whichever is preferred.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrives with tags on it, the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box or bag. If you attach a shipping label directly to the shoebox, your package will be refused and unable to return.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and not accepted for return.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. Customer will receive an email confirmation when the return has been received and a refund has been issued.
